Why did you create this site?

I am going to start creating and sending Kyra's Monthly each month, and I wanted something with a newsletter function to consolidate my recipients–to say goodbye to sending links in various group chats, composing awkward group emails to friends who don't know each other, and guessing at who really wants to be a recipient.

Plus, this way people I don't know–friends of friends, even, dare I say, strangers??–can easily get the Monthly if they want to.

Plus! This holds me accountable for actually creating the Monthlies, which is a source of joy I want to water consistently.

What is Kyra's Monthly?

Kyra's Monthly is a digital survey that I create with Google Forms. It contains important questions like "What do you do with the leftover milk at the bottom of your cereal bowl?" and "Would you rather be an angel of death or the patron saint of arm pain?" You know, the biggies. They're fun to make, fun to fill out, and fun to read the responses of.

The Monthly started as a weekly survey that I emailed to my friends in high school (r.i.p. high school, 2016-2020). I've made them somewhat sporadically since then, but they more or less fizzled out after graduation.

But they're back, babey!

How can I get the Monthly?

Is the whole site just for the Monthly?
